If you've been living with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, or chronic stress, you may feel like you're constantly on alert—overthinking, exhausted, emotionally drained, or simply trying to make it through each day. My goal is to help you move beyond surviving and begin feeling grounded, confident, and in control again.
My path into this work began long before I became a therapist. I spent four years working alongside a psychiatrist as a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) technician, where I had the privilege of witnessing people experience real healing from depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Watching those transformations sparked something in me. I realized I wanted to do more than support treatment—I wanted to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and help people create lasting change in their lives.
That experience inspired me to return to school and earn my Master's Degree in Social Work. Along the way, I gained valuable experience in hospital social work, medical social work, and case management. Those roles deepened my understanding of how emotional health affects every part of a person's life, but I ultimately realized my passion was always mental health. Returning to therapy felt like coming home, and I haven't looked back.
Today, I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety disorders, trauma, PTSD, panic attacks, and overwhelming stress. I understand that symptoms often develop as adaptations to difficult experiences, not personal weaknesses. Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you feel calmer, safer, and more connected to yourself.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), DBT skills, psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches based on your individual needs. Therapy isn't about simply talking about the past—it's about helping your mind and body heal so you can move forward with greater confidence and freedom.
Whether you've been carrying the weight of trauma for years, struggling with constant anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, you don't have to navigate it alone. Healing is possible, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
