I help my clients who are struggling with trauma, insomnia and anxiety. Many of the adults and teens I work with feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, fear, or emotional reactivity that don’t improve with willpower alone. Trauma can impact sleep, concentration, relationships, and a sense of safety—often long after the original experiences have passed. Therapy with me focuses on helping your nervous system feel safer, more regulated, and better able to respond to daily stressors.

My Therapeutic Approach
My approach is trauma-focused, collaborative, and tailored to each client. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, family systems, person-centered, and strength-based frameworks. I also use Brainspotting and CPT to help clients process traumatic experiences and reduce anxiety in a structured, supportive way. Sessions are paced thoughtfully—especially for teens and those who may feel hesitant about starting therapy—to create a sense of safety, trust, and steady progress.
