Christy Pebler, LCSW: Offering Brainspotting therapy

 As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adolescents and young adults, especially those navigating the big transitions that come with starting college, living more independently, and finding their path in an often demanding world. Whether you're struggling with stress, sleep, relationships, or feeling overwhelmed, I offer a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and equipped to face life’s challenges.


I help clients experiencing:

I'm certified in Brainspotting, a powerful therapy that helps people of all ages process and release distressing experiences that impact both the mind and body. 


In addition to Brainspotting, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as:


  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
